Michael McCay is an engineer who lives with his family in Southern California. He previously lived in the Basque Country for 15 years and he travels there frequently. He calls himself “a lifelong pintxo afficionado.” Noting that it rains a lot in the Basque Country, McCay adds “what do you do when it’s raining? You go into a bar and get a pintxo and wait for the rain to stop.”
