An international soccer camp designed for children and teenagers begins later this month in Boise, Idaho led by women from the Basque soccer team Athletic Bilbao.

The camp, which will run from Monday, July 21 to Thursday, July 24, will have a variety of options for youth of all skill levels from ages five to 16. The cost varies from $100 for the youngest children to $225 for the four-day program. The camp is hosted by the Boise State University Basque Studies program in conjunction with the Boise State University women’s soccer team and Idaho Youth Soccer. It will be held at the Simplot Soccer Complex, 2437 E. Lake Forest Dr.

All funds raised from the camp will support the Basque Studies endowment fund and their efforts to host an international men’s friendly match featuring Athletic Bilbao as part of Jaialdi in July 2015, according to the camp’s registration page.

Athletic Bilbao is a professional soccer club based in Bilbo, Bizkaia. It requires members to be born in the French or Spanish Basque Country or trained there, according to Wikipedia.
